Rainwater Quinches Culinary Thirst. From the atmosphere to the meal, everything was wonderful. The Black Grouper and Duck are highly recommended. The service is professional but not stuffy. A perfect addition to our dinning card.

The Rain Has Come. My wife and another couple wanted to go out to a nice dinner. A co-worker suggested Rainwater. I was blown away. The restaurant is designed beautifully with separate dinning room. The food was fantastic. I had calamari for an app, the rainwater salad, then the halibut . It came with a stack of grilled veggies and bread that the waiter told me was made at the restaurant. For desert we all shared the staircase and apple fritters. It was the best meal out I had eaten in a while. The best part however was that the owner's father came to our table and chatted with us for a few seconds, then as we were leaving he offered a guided tour of the place and we even were allowed into the kitchen to meet the chef. It was a great night out and worth the cost even though it was expensive.

Average Food/Above Average Service. The setting is beautiful and our service was impeccable. The house spinach salad with brie dressing was delicious. However, the entrees were mediocre at best. Our fish was dry and lacking any discernable flavor. So far, Rainwater is as good as it gets in the Northern suburbs, but still a far cry from what one would get in Buckhead.

Delicious Romantic Dinner. The piano bar was a fabulous place to spend time. Each dish we ordered was delicious and excellently presented. The service was attentive and discreet. I look forward to returning soon!

Decadent. I had the unbelievable pleasure of dining at one of Atlanta's finest restaurants last eveing. Not only was the service and presentation superb but the food was an experience of palatable decadence. I had Field Greens(salad) followed by Grouper Marsala which actually made me slow my eating in order to savor the wonderful flavors the chef so brilliantly mastered. The desserts can only be described as "Culinary ART"! I ordered the Raspberry Staircase and was blown away at the vision that was placed before me. Of course then when I took the first bite.....well it was the climatic pinnacle for this unforgettable dining experience. I can honestly say after eating at some of the finest restaurants around the country RAINWATER delivers it ALL!

wonderful!. I had heard many good things about Rainwater, and since going there, I have found that they are true! I had a wonderful experience. The food was superb--I had the duck comfit, warm brie/spinach salad, rainwater trio of filet mignon, salmon and chicken, and beignets. Everything was presented elegantly and promptly. The service was good, although he was at our table almost too much. I know, how picky. But I definitely recommend this restuarant to everyone. Just make sure you budget for it.

Not so good........ I have been there twice for group luncheons..... if you are into weird foods and wonderful presentations, then this is the place for you. If you want a decent meal, I would go for someplace else. Not a good value in my opinion. The place is certainly elegant, the service is good, however, their food leaves a little bit to be desired for.

rainwater captured my heart. Fine Dining and fine service are an art unto themselves, at Rainwater Restaurant I was happily surprised to find both. There is a real committment to quality and satisfaction that is not taken for granted as it is at most Atlanta Restaurants. I found the prices reasonable for the food both in taste and presentation.

Rain on Me!. This is an AWESOME place. Second visit so far. The best service and food that I can remember. Try the tuna appetizer and the chocolate souffle dessert. Get's a little pricy if you get apps, main, and wine. But then again, you only live once!

Superb!. Rainwater is by far one of the most elegant restaurants in Alpharetta. We continue to go there and have never been disappointed. From the food, the service, the atmosphere, the wine...you can't go wrong!
