Tom was very helpful with my recent 40K service. He advised the gentleman who took my keys, to make sure they had the proper phone number for me so they could call when my car was ready. While it wes being service, they noticed a problem, he called me and told me how much it would cost. I agreed, and my they had my car ready before I knew it. Very pleasant experience & I got to see HERBIE in the showroom. Rudy was also very helpful the week prior with rescheduling me.

***The older woman at the desk in the showroom could be a little friendlier though.

Very low pressure friendly sales staff. Blake made us feel very comfortable and explained completely all our options for purchasing or leasing a new VW. The sales pitch was very low key, probably because the VW Passat almost sells itself. Every step from purchase to financing to delivery was handled very professionally and friendly. We will be recommending Stone Mountain Volkswagon and Blake to our friends and neighbors.
