Recall notice to update software. People are always pleasant at the facility. The only issue I have is that time estimates I'm given are always wrong. I don't mind that a particular service will take x amount of time. What bothers me is that I'm told it will take x and, in fact, takes y.
Everyone was friendly from the time I entered until I pulled off of the lot. The young man who checked me in also took the time to explain the checklist and I really appreciated that. He also checked in with me periodically to give me an update. My wait wasn't long at all though. I was quite surprised to drive in and be waited on right away. Excellent job!
Always a pleasure to bring my car in for any type of service everyone is so accommodating. Love getting my car back all fixed and cleaned and washed.

A very pleasant experience where I did not feel pressured at any stage and I felt that both the salesman Jean and the manager George worked hard to earn my business. They both understood my limitations regarding my budget but also exactly what I was hoping to get for my money. I am happy to say that we reached a very acceptable compromise and I would certainly recommend the dealership and return to it for my future requirements.

My experience was good. The staff that we talked to at the service counter were thorough and professional. I like the car wash. I have 2 complaints: the oil change is very expensive so I will go somewhere else the next time; I had a cup with a straw in the cup holder and it was broken when I got back in the car.
Brought my 2001 Jetta for passenger-side window-lift repair. Jenn first spoke with service tech to diagnose probable cause; she then checked with parts to confirm in-stock parts & price, then gave me an estimate. During the course of the repair, Rudy called me with an update on repair and price (we discussed price), and to let me know when car would be ready.Picked-up car at 5:15 PM -price was exactly what I was quoted. Nice job!
It was good...nothing really to complain about this time. I arrived 10 minutes early and the doors were still locked. I just looked like an idiot trying to open the door. I wished an employee would had came out and open the doors but instead they just stood there behind their computers. I guess they were not on the clock at 7:50am. My apologies for arriving so early that morning.
From coming into the lot to leaving it was a great experience, I felt no pressure which is the main reason I came back. I did not need to purchase a vehicle at this time but the process and the experience contributed to the decision.Thank you and I look forward to the next purchase.
