This pleasantly snug wine bar has all the charm of its Vinings neighbors but stands out with a modern sheen and upbeat, chatty vibe. Contemporary art is mounted on gold-colored walls, and the glossy black bar shines under a rainbow of lights. The narrow interior is a tad too cozy at times, but a heated patio thins out the crowd. Live music--usually jazz, blues or piano--pushes the Grape into romantic-date territory.
The Draw
Vinings residents are proud to call this place their neighborhood bar. The mostly clean-cut patrons don't conform to a certain demographic. Young professionals, married couples and ladies-who-lunch are all drawn here because they appreciate wine, but shun pretense. The bartenders and servers are wine connoisseurs themselves and make wise recommendations.

If you are new to wine, and want a nice afternoon or evening, try this place. They try to make wine less complicated by classifying it into types or flavors. You can try several at a time, or just a glass. The servers seem to know more than average, but can be a bit pushy. Food is also served, but is nothing spectacular. For a real treat, try a chocolate desert paired with sparkling raspberry wine

Wines of all kinds and menu allows you taste all kinds if you'd like , sophisticated atmosphere, and delicious appetizers! Great place to start a date or build your appetite!

What to Drink:
The wine menu is thick, but organized by numbers. Choose the number that matches your tastes and go from there.
Save Money:
Go on Wednesdays from 5pm to 7pm for wine specials and a free buffet of light snacks.

The Grape hosts $5 wine tastings every Saturday from 12pm to 3pm.
