Form over substance - Good if you hate food. The best one can charitably say is, the Music was good and the presentation was too. The service, while friendly was slow and the management was ineffectual and inexperienced.

We chose the venue for our wedding anniversary and are sorry that we did. My wife had the Creamy Lobster Salad, Fried Green Tomatoes, and Buttermilk Dressing which while it looked beautiful, was not creamy and tasted from a light vinegar used on their shredded cucumbers. No sauce came for the fried green tomatoes and the lobster was rubbery. I had the She=Crab soup with peppered sherry which had the pepper but no sherry. It was sub=par Campbell?s soup with what might have been a shred or two of crab meat.

Now came the really bad stuff. My wife?s Redfish was cooler than room temperature, devoid of any sauce and drier than North Texas, this summer. We sent it back for a simple veggie plate. My filet looked good as it was perfectly colored to my order, but it was tough and flavorless. It did come with a red wine reduction sauce that was room temperature, but tasty and in fact was my wife?s dinner, a fork full of my potato and some sauce. When we informed them of her cold dry fish, they took her order for the veggie plate and she and I waited 15 minutes for her veggies which, of course made my steak and baked potato cold and greasy. It would not be gallant for a gentleman, on his anniversary to eat while his wife waited, and waited and waited. No offer was made to replace both meals at the same time as is befitting of a brand like the Ritz-Carlton or even Wendy?s.

Sadly, when my wife?s replacement dinner arrived, it too was cold. The Mac& Cheese was fresh Kraft?s, though. I asked the Captain/Maitre for fresh hot wine reduction sauce to try and salvage my cold steak and he brought out a cold bowl of it. The Maitre D apologized and told us to save room for dessert on the house. The Ice Cream Sundae arrived 15 minutes after ordered and thankfully, it too was cold. At the end, over coffee, the Maitre D informed us that the ?Food & Beverage Director? was picking up the tab. Even if true, one would expect that the Maitre D to either take that responsibility or at least give the impression that he had it rather than an admission that he was little more than a busboy in a business suit.

staff is energetic. This hotel is quite good. The staff is energetic and always have a great attidue. I have stayed here twice before and their room service was quite satisfactory both times. The room was clean and well stocked. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

BEST place for quiet lunch for 2. The Cheater's Booth is fantastic! Order lunch, close the curtains and enjoy the food and each other in complete privacy. The servers are friendly (and curteous in announcing their presence before opening the curtain), the food is good, and there is no better place in Atlanta to enjoy the company. No need to order dessert.

Excellent service!!!. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary this past weekend. This was my first time staying at the Ritz Carlton and I just have to say that the service, from the front desk to the vallet, was the best I have experienced. We ordered breakfast via room service and the food was great! The room was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. I highly recommend this hotel!

no doubt, they are the best. We had a room facing a white wall, but who cares? When you stay here, the staff takes better care of you than your mom (sorry, mom). I didn't know how to tie a bowtie, one of the staff found a tie store next door to do it for me - he walked me there and back -cool!

Waste of Your Money and Time. I brought clients out for what I thought would be an impressive meal but I was sorely disappointed in the food ! The fish was dry and vegetables were limp and too buttery. Everyone agreed that the overall taste of the food was bland and unappealing. I would never come here again and would recommend to others to do the same. There are way to many great restaurants in Atlanta to waste your time and money here.

Horrible Food. We went to the Atlanta Grill with two other couples and none of us plan to return. Although the service was lovely the food was horrible. Every single person out of six of us. The steak was tough and overcooked and all other of the dishes were bland with no taste. I could have cooked a better meal for everyone. The only decent item was a salad and who can not do that????????

Do not try the Atlanta Grill. You will be very disappointed and it is a waist of time. The Ritz Carlton should be ashamed of the food coming out of this restaurant!

Nice Hotel. Everything is nice about this hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The lobby is beautiful The restaurants are great. and the service is outstanding.
