The Scene – An industrial gray door that once led into the old Biltmore Hotel's basement now opens to an astutely designed club with chic cocktails and see-and-be-seen opportunities. Several blocks from overblown Crescent Avenue, this demure lounge places modern furniture against a concrete backdrop. DONT WAST YOUR TIME

Went here for Halloween. We paid $25 each for a cover charge. A total of $100 dollars. We waited in line for an hour. The guy behind us had a wrist band but had to wait in line. We were told by the bouncers we could go get a wrist band at Calypso and come back but he was lying because everyone with wristbands had to come back and get in the back of the line. We left the guys in line and went to Calypso to get our wristbands. When we came back they gave us flak saying we had just jumped in line! When we finally got in we paid $24 for 2 shots and a bud lite. HERE'S THE KICKER: we went to the dance floor which is upstairs and a bouncer wouldn't let us up there. When my friend tried to ask him if it was because it was packed and should we wait in line he pretended like he couldn't hear her and was extremely rude. So we waited and hour to stand at the bar for another hour and when we finally went to another bouncer he said he couldn't let all 4 of us up even though we just watched 6 or 7 leave the dance floor. WTH?

My boyfriend and I find this place gorgeous .. we just love the music .. the is usually played .. aside from the food and the drinks ...we met new people , who became our friends too .. such lovely memories ! Thanks halo Lounge !
