The Scene
Mere blocks off Buckhead's powder keg crossroads lies this rustic yet refined retreat. Its attentive staff knowledgably navigates the extensive wine selection and fields tables personably without being intrusive. Warm, neutral-toned dining rooms cradle colorful details, reflecting the approach to cuisine. A long nook offers an inviting bar, there's a fireplace for chilly nights, and warm months bring coveted patio dining.
The Food
Squash soup is a sinful cream, and hearts of palm with tangerine oil are pleasantly sour, both overshadowing chewy pizza. The braised cabbage's acidity contrasts pleasingly with crab cakes; Swiss chard acts adds an agreeable bittersweet tinge to molasses and soy-marinated pork. Chicken is invigorated beneath its cinnamon coat, though salmon arrives bland. Pasta is a balanced toss of simple, complementary touches. For dessert, the enticing wiggle of impeccably molded vanilla panna cotta with toasted walnuts and caramel is a delight, as is a hearty fluff of tiramisu.

My wife and another couple had dinner over the weekend and we all agree, "What a Shame." The waitress didnt know what she was talking about and the food was God-awful. We have been many times in the past and enjoyed this spot. We won't be back any time soon and will be sure to tell friends about the Restaurant that was top notch only a year or so ago. Maybe a new management team came in or the rumors are true and their chef has left. Mr. C

But things just are not right...the flights???? The fantastic monthly special. We got salmon that was ...well we thought our salad was a bit "dressed". Our waiter had no idea what planet he was on....another waiter; perhaps Zenny? Took control ov the table. The food was not that great. I'm sorry to say. Mrs. T
