“We went for dinner on "Martini Wednesdays" - the drinks were strong, the inside and outdoor bars were packed with fun people, and the food was outstanding.”
“The deserts are also great, if you have the room to eat them ( they serve generous portions of their appetizers and entrees.)”
“The service, drinks, out door patio and evening were outstanding.”
“Even though Brio is a chain, the food has the taste of an independent, authentic tuscan restaurant, so you don't feel like you are eating at a chain.”
“In addition, their selections of martini's are great and delicious.”
“And it's a great place for kids because it's so loud.”
“The service was friendly, very attentative, and nice.”
“It's too bad the waiters are trained to upsell and oversell their already overpriced menu.”
“The frozen bellinis are excellent, the waiters are always quick and curteous, the wait is usually fairly short.”
Eh, just ok.
went here for brunch and ordered eggs Benedict, friends ordered pasta. The Benedict was bare bones, skimping on sauce, eggs a little overdone, and small portion of potatoes. The pasta dishes seemed normal sized.
They do have a great outdoor space with umbrellas.
Would come here for mimosas and light fare, but wouldn't come here if you're hungry and expecting to be full.
Hostess was slow. Waiter was more efficient.
Great food (for a chain), and unusually good service.
Brio isn't winning any James Beard awards. But I have to give the place props at times. Their food is always pretty damn good. It's reliable. And while yes, it's a chain, it doesn't really feel like one. It feels like it's a Buckhead original. Go there for brunch on Sunday and see the high-brow Buckhead set, plus the younger crowd dressed in designer jeans and Hollywood sunglasses.
On my most recent visit, I realized going in that I had a meeting to make in less than an hour. And props to our server, she was on. top. of. it. Food came out within ten minutes, she checked on us regularly and brought the bill early so we could go ahead and pay while finishing dessert. Thank you, Brio, for not only being reliable in the food dept, but for killing it with great service when I needed you to.
Great place to eat and meet people.
I am always given a big welcome by the staff when i arrive they are so polite and take an interest in what I've been doing and where i've been going. I must say Im very much a regular there (5yrs) ever since I got off the plane from London.
The food has always been first class and there lunch time $2.95 specials are unbeatable. The wine list is vast and the desserts are dangerous. A lovely place to take people to lunch or dinner.
Very Disappointing. This was a big dissappointment from the start to the finish...unhappy waiters, unfriendly receptionist who stood talking to the waitresses for several minutes while we waiting for a greeting. Once we finally got to a table, the restaurant staff was not unpleasant, but very inefficient. The food was bad. And it was expensive for the offerings. We will not go back.
Food is outstanding--service even better!. Was very welcomed from the start, everyone smiled and cared about my experience. The manager came over and even bought me dessert because it was my first time there! I loved it and will go back.

I LOVED IT!!.
I personal like it there. I love the food. I don't have any problems with the service whenever I go there.
I feel others may have some experiences that they weren't too happy with but that was years ago.
Any way in conclusion I LOVE IT!!!
If you want to be rushed to eat, this is the place for you!. My boyfriend and I went to Brio for the second time last night. The service was not comparable to the service that we received the first time we went. Our waiter was very sweaty and he seemed very rushed even though there weren't many people in the restaurant. We were rushed to select what we wanted from the menu, and then when i wanted to change my order, the waiter told me that they had already began to cook my meal and i should just stick with what i ordered. I had to explain to him that i didn't want what i had originally ordered (since we were rushed) and i still wanted to change it. We received our food about 5 minutes later. Everything just felt very rushed. We literally took 20 min to eat. It had to be the fastest dinner i ever ate. He even rushed us when he was asking if we wanted dessert! The only reason i gave this restaurant 3 stars is because the first time we went our service was absolutely perfect.
Delectable Tuscan Cuisine, Great Atmosphere, good service. I've gone to Brio several times. The food is extremely good; the sauces are not too heavy and really flavorful. I love the ravioli, bruscetta and seafood dishes. The ambiance is warm and visually pleasing; the staff is prompt and personable. Even though Brio is a chain, the food has the taste of an independent, authentic tuscan restaurant, so you don't feel like you are eating at a chain. The deserts are also great, if you have the room to eat them ( they serve generous portions of their appetizers and entrees.) Overall Brio is one of my favorite restaurants and I will continue to eat there for years to come. GREAT FOR A DATE!
