Good food! Delightful server! Great location and an awesome patio! Some people enjoy exaggerating. Gratuity is added to large parties (typically 6 or more) and food specials. It is 18%...Servers have bills to pay too.

Watch your Bill !!!!!. Very disappointed with the food, menu and the service and then the server slipped a 25% service charge on my bill. VERY Dishonest I feel cheated the server Candance was surely less than a bucket of smiles, not friendly at all. If your looking for a great place to have lunch THIS IS NOT IT ...... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!!

Filthy ! MICE !. Filthy ! Mice running in and out, under the tables. The food is horrible (brown soggy lettuce anyone?) Watch your bill ! The "server" slid in a "service charge" for a 24%....and when I asked about it she screamed at me......gee...classy...

okay food. They offer great specials on the weekends, but if you hate crowds, then go on a weekday when it is quieter. There are also specials on weekdays, so you can get that and avoid all the jostling and shoving.

Need Better Specials and some Soccer on the Tub. Prices are decent, but we only go now for the specials. If there aren't specials, its not worth going.

Some of the food the awesome (Onion Rings, Fish and Chips, Fish Tacos) some of it is horrible (Fried Mushrooms).

Worst part is, for a English Pub, they don't have a soccer package. Just shows its just a normal bar claiming to be a Pub.

Stick with Happy Hour, Avoid the Crowded Weekends. Hand in Hand is one of a handful of Va-Hi bars most locals tend to avoid on the weekends. Hundreds of non-residents park the narrow streets and trek to this Brit-lovin bar serving up pints of Bud Light and shots of Jager from a massive four sided bar. Elbow room is not to be expected during prime hours, and bartenders have been known to, er, inflate prices to the intoxicated... (more than one occasion, folks). During the week however, great happy hour deals and drink specials abound. On a sunny day, the patio can't be beat to throw down a pitcher with friends.

$50 for a $6 drink!. I was at Hand in Hand for a Bachlorette Party on Friday night. I opened a tab but only bought a $6 drink before heading to the next bar. The next morning when I checked my bank account balance I noticed they charged me $50, not $6. It has been 4 days and 3 phone calls later and the money is still not back in my account. Hand in Hand assured me that this is a "policy" that they have that they do because it makes it easier for them so they know that people have enough money in their accounts to open a tab!!! Maybe easier for them, but now I can't buy gas!!! I want my money back! This policy is not posted in the bar nor does the bar tender tell you that you are going to be charged 50 bucks for opening a tab! Don't go unless you want your money stolen from you!!!

Patio Sunday and great crowd on Saturday. I was out late Saturday and went to Hand In Hand to see what everyone was talking about in the Highlands. Seems they just changed over the staff and the place has had a resurgence so I wanted to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised that my favorite in town pub is back!.. The scene was 25-35, good looking professionals and it was fun. New music, lowered drink prices and the service is good.

Parking is free, but i walked from my house, so that wasn't a problem.. I met up some friends and my server told me about the $1 Sundays and I was skeptical.. D

Day two:Sunday 3pm, I went there for the second day and this place has heard the patrons and the locals and now offers $1 Social Sundays with $1 Fish Tacos (good) and $1 PBR's.. Flip cuppers you will like that they have $4 Pitchers every Sunday.. Live music, and the people watching was fun.. i will be back.

$1 Beers/$1 Fish Tacos, this is my new SUNDAY SOCIAL place to drink!. Ok, so times are tight and I am on a budget, but that doesn't mean I don't like to have some fun.. Where can I go to listen some tunes, relax with my friends all on a budget? Problem solved..

$1 Sunday Social (officially starting March 1st).. Sit on the patio, order the $1 PBR and delicious $1 Fish Tacos and have a great time for under $10 all day!.. Parking is free and the people watching is great. This is my new hotspot this spring and summer.. hope to see you there... I'll buy you a drink , for $1 dollar of course!

And don't miss the $2 Burger Tuesdays.. All day good burgers $2.. great price for what you get.
