I remember why it's been over 3 years!. besides messing up the order, the long time to serve and the inability to process payment...... was okay.

Only okay!

Way too many better choices in Atlanta instead: It's going to be a while before we return.

Family-friendly restaurant serves up enormous portions of southern Italian favorites in a nostalgic setting.. In Short
Family-style portions and red-checkered tablecloths create a casual, congenial vibe, drawing families and large groups to this feast of Italian-American nostalgia set to a Sinatra soundtrack. The made-from-scratch menu is brimming with traditional dishes, from starters like fried calamari, Parmesan garlic bread and Tuscan-style mussels to spaghetti with meatballs and manicotti with chicken and spinach. For those with room to spare, a piece of sweet tiramisu and a strong cappuccino help finish the meal.

Loud, Below Average Food, Good For Mall Shoppers!. Normally, I don't eat in restaurants in Malls. But being in the area on business, I thought, why not. It was cocktail time, and the place was packed, and goodness, was it loud. I thought I was at a big league playoff. My very nice server, brought me a Dirty Grey Goose Martini, and it helped to overcome being tired, and all that noise. She was very nice. She brought the heavy leather bound menu book, and it was huge. More does not mean better. I settled on my favorite veal piccata. Honestly, it was the worst veal piccata, I've ever tasted. The veal might have been previously frozen, I don't really know. I just know, I will never return here again, or to other any large restaurant located in a mall. I'd rather eat in the food court.

Avoid at all costs. I went on a Saturday, waited for two hours. The service was horrendous (slow, uncaring). I tried too find a manager, but no one was there to be found. My food came out luke warm, and was far from tasty. I will not be back

Average Food, Good Service. I have been to this place a few times, and I am not really that impressed. The service and staff is well, and the decor of the restaurant is good, but the food is not that great. Not one of my favorite Italian Restaurants; food does not have that "authentic" flair like some others here in Atlanta. Even the bread is bad!

You really get your $$ Worth. We stopped here after shopping at PErimeter Mall with my 3&6 year olds. The staff were friendly, the food was phenomenal, but we wasted alot. My Husband loves Veal Parm, and ccan never find it, well theirs was fantastic he says. I enjoyed the Shrimp and broccoli Aflredo. The girls got their typical spaghetti and were full. I do have to say the cheesecake was not that great. have had much better. But the ambiance, food and staff were great! P.S. If you have abig appetite or can tqake home leftovers, Dine family style. They will replenish your dishes as you like.

Huge portions, good food. The portions at Magiannos are huge! I got a half portion and still had enough to take home for leftovers. Don't expect gourmet food. It's good, basic Italian with gargantuan portions. I had the Angel Hair Marinara, which was good although I wish they'd offered Parmesan or some other kind of cheese to top it off. The Bruschetta was wonderful and rivals that at I've had at pricier restaurants in town. The dining room can be very noisy, and some of the booths are not condusive to conversation. If you have a large group, a table might be best. The service was average, and we had to ask several times for soft drink refills. This is one of the few "sit down" restaurants I'd bring children to.

Great Server. The food was normal but what stood out was a server named miguel. I ask for him everytime I go to Maggiano's I ask him. He is a great server he is attentive and has the best customer service. I heard he has now moved to the upstairs area.

Stuffed. My husband and I were recently in Philadelphia. We stumbled acrossed Maggiano's Little Italy in dowtown Philly and decided to eat there. I had heard of the restaraunt but had never been. The food and wine were the best I ever had in my experience with Italian rest. My husband is "in love" with the linquinie with white clam sauce. Our portions were huge and we were thinking "Wow, we should have ordered the half portion". It turns out, these were the half portions so I was trendy like everyone else with my little brown carry-out bag. I am very critical when it comes to rest. and there is not one negative thing I can say. We ate there twice during our week long stay in Philly. Needless to say, we plan to take advantage of the more convienent location in Atlanta and will be going again soon!

Service, Quality, & Portions. All I can say is HUGE! The portions are huge...but the quality is not lost. Eventhough the place is jumping with people, majorityu of the service is personalized!
