The Best Customer Service Ever!. Every time I visit Nordstrom I have a "great experience! Whether it's to purchase a pair of Cole Haan shoes or a Marc Jacobs handbag, they are always helpful and very inviting!!!!! The sales associates are not snooty like Neiman Marcus and they don't look down on you.

The store has a range of designers from D&G, Marc Jacobs, True Religion, Tory Burch to BCBG Max Azria..... they also sell MAC cosmetics.......... no more waiting in long lines at the MAC store around the corner!

Nordstom worst servive in Atlanta and Denver. I work in retail myself and Norstrom has the worst service. I have moved a lot and have experience their service in many places hopeing it would change. The store in perimeter mall Alanta said they were going to order jeans for me, long story short it took over four months and no jeans they tried to pass of another pair as the ones I ordered and didn't deliver them like I paid for. They had informed me that they could no longer had them in there system and the man helping me got promoted to another store. I was invited to choose another pair and they recomended a pair that were not my style at all, and had no relation to the pair I ordered. Also in that location I was trying on clothes, and had set aside over two thousand dollars of clothes to purchase, when I heard the sales people talking about me and my size.( I wear a size 30x30in pants and small in shirts) When I talked to the manager about this she told me they have great customer service and blew me of not looking into the matter.

I have had intances in the location of Park meadows in Dever. I went to return something that was rung up by mistake by one of their staff. They made me wait for ever and decided to make a manager do it. Also I went looking for jewelry for a gift for my mother and was not helped at all. Finally the jewelry manager came over and tried to help after I grabbed her attention from whatever she was doing.(reading a magazine) She was very short and acted like she had no time to deal with me! Very dissapointing! Later I found out she was promoted to asst. manager of the store. It seems Nordstrom has a knack for promoting their most offensive people.

Excellent Ladies shoes dept. I love this store! It has a huge ladies shoe department with a large variety of brands both high and low end. I also like the junior dept- you can find very trendy accessories like bangles and earings that dont look cheap.

ATL's Best Shoe Department, & David Yurman Boutique!. Just a couple of years back, when Nordstrom opened their first store in Atlanta, at Perimeter Mall, they set the retail community on their ears. Customer Service and Merchandise Selections, were their calling card. One half of the beautiful main floor, is the fabulous Shoe Department. Everything from Jimmy Choo, Manolo's, to Ferragamo and Cole-Hahn, for men. The shoe staff are real professionals. Also, this is the only Nordstrom, with a Fine Jewelry Department. It has basically turned into a David Yurman Boutique. Although Yuman has a store in the city, the staff here knows the merchandise with confidence. Their is also a sprinkling of Roberto Coin. Upstairs is a great Dining Cafe. Be sure and buy a copy of the Nordstrom Cookbook.

$$$$$$. someone has to pay for the piano player and the high rent. There is no reason in this day and age to pay full retail for anything. Nordstrom is not for me.

not for men!. If you are a man who gives a damn about what you wear, Nordstrom's is not for you. The men's department is unfashionable and practically non-exisistant. The store is great for women but that group is obviously the only one the store caters to.

The Best Thing about visiting. Going to Atlanta once a month for business is easier, because they have a Nordstrom.

THE Store to Beat-. I took a stroll around Perimeter Mall this weekend. I gravitated; as always to my weakness, Nordstrom. I didn't have the money to spend; but still could not keep away. The boots, Seven jeans, cashmere sweaters, and handbags. The service was impecable, selection too. I shopped around for hours with merchandise bundled in my arms and a smile on my face. You should treat yourself and come visit my friends at Norstrom. The brand names, kind staff, and celebration sales will drive you! My rating: 1 (excellent)
