Bachelor + Bachelorette Party Spots
-
OPERA
Read Reviews1150 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309 (map)
Getting all swerve-y on the dance floor is never a bad idea for bachelor or bachelorette parties. Thankfully, Opera gives those in the well-groomed demographic a reason to loosen their ties and shake it. We suggest hitting this on a weekend for maximum debauchery.
Graveyard Tavern
Read Reviews1245 Glenwood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30312 (map)
Guys or gals can find plenty of mischief at the Graveyard, known for their late-night hipster singles scene. Definitely geared more towards the youthful East Atlanta kids, look for a hard-partying mix of early 20s to be shaking it on the dance floor.
Bliss Spa
Read Reviews188 14th St, Atlanta, GA 30361 (map)
Sometimes gals don't want the over-the-top mischievous parties and instead want to get pampered. What better way to get girly than in the swanky W Hotel's Bliss Spa. Book an afternoon treatment and follow it up with dinner at Spice Market or classy cocktails at Whiskey Park.
The Pink Pony
Read Reviews1837 Corporate Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30329 (map)
It's tough not to think of bachelor parties without thinking, for at least a second, about bringing in a stripper. We suggest letting all the boys have fun (rather than just one) and hitting the Pink Pony. This is one of the best in our city, which says a lot since Atlanta is renowned for its selection of "gentleman clubs."
Coronet Club
Read Reviews5275 Roswell Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 (map)
Just because the stereotypical idea is that guys have the naughty night out doesn't mean you girls can't get in on the action. For an all-male revue, head over to the Cornet Club. As a bonus, they run a limo service, as well. Get taken to a club by a dancer? Now that's going out.
Highland Cigar Co.
Read Reviews245 N Highland Ave NE Ste 140, Atlanta, GA 30307 (map)
Most dudes are suckers for smoking, drinking and gambling with their buddies. Thankfully they can get all of the above at the Highland Cigar Co. in Inman Park. And, if you really want a hyper-masculine night, we suggest hitting the Highland Tap beforehand for steaks, martinis and good red wine.

The Trolley Barn
Write a review963 Edgewood Ave, Atlanta, GA 30307 (map)
OK, just because it?s called a "barn" doesn?t mean it's not elegant. This beautiful old structure was obviously used to house the trolleys that went up and down Atlanta roads a century ago. The barn can accommodate 200-300 people with room for a band and a dancing area. It also gives you the option to decorate the place however you like.
103 West
Read Reviews103 West Paces Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30305 (map)
Anything from the Buckhead Life Group is tough not to like, and 103 West is the BLG's event-throwing space. With an event planner, custom printed menus, audio-visual capabilities and a slew of wonderful menu options, this is one spot where you'll let other people do most of the work.
Bona Allen Mansion
Read Reviews395 E Main St, Buford, GA 30518 (map)
For those looking to get married north of town, but not too far away, Buford's beautiful Bona Allen Mansion is tough to beat. It looks like a grand old Italian palace and is set on a stunning manicured six acres; Bona Allen does catering, event planning and will do all the set-up and take-down.
THE TOUR Championship pres. by Coca-Cola - East Lake Golf Club
Read Reviews2575 Alston Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30317 (map)
Looking like it came out of England in the 1800s, this massive Tudor structure acts as the clubhouse for East Lake Golf Club. It's famous for hosting the PGA's prestigious Tour Championship, and a ballroom, full bar and full-service kitchen make it an ideal-yet-unknown spot. The lake and golf course serve as a stunning backdrop for any service or reception.

Bridals by Lori
Read Reviews6021 Sandy Springs Cir NE Ste 2, Atlanta, GA 30328 (map)
Think of Bridals by Lori as a giant boutique. It's got great designer names (Vera Wang, Lasaro), a swooping space with 21 dressing rooms and catwalk, but it still knows how to cater to those on a budget. Just make sure you book an appointment a few weeks ahead of time--it gets crowded on the weekends.
Kelly's Closet
Read Reviews1649 McLendon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307 (map)
This is for the wealthy but artsy bride who hit up Stefan's only to realize they don't carry bridal gowns. The independently owned gem, Kelly's Closet in Candler Park, does unique and classic dresses that are chocked with unexpected detail that help the bride-to-be stand out.
After Hours Formalwear
Write a review2980 Cobb Pkwy Ste 196, Atlanta, GA 30339 (map)
Like prom night all over again, picking out a tux is typically not a lot of fun for the guys involved. With a bevy of stores all over the metro area (and plenty across the country), this tuxedo-ed giant is convenient and has a decent selection. So for Team Guy, this works out just fine.
Jac.
Read Reviews245 North Highland Ave Ste 120, Atlanta, GA 30307 (map)
A must-stop for any fashionista, Jac. has a great blend of cool things for a casual day and choice finds for a formal occasion. Now that they started carrying men's gear, fellas have somewhere to turn to properly accessorize, as well.
Stefan's Vintage Clothing Inc
Read Reviews1160 Euclid Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307 (map)
Those looking for a classic suit or vintage dress should head no further than Stefan's in Little Five Points. The best upscale (but most expensive) vintage shop in the city has an outstanding selection. If you find something that just sort of fits, don't be afraid to take it to a tailor down the street.
Bill Hallman Flaunt
Read Reviews424 Moreland Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307 (map)
Ladies or gents can head to side-by-side Bill Hallman stores off North Highland or to the co-ed store in Little Five Points. This boutique known for their tasteful-yet-trendy formal attire is one part Esquire Magazine and one part Project Runway.
